Visit Seattle, Seattle’s Tourism destination marketing organization, announced today that Publicis Seattle has been named its advertising agency of record, following a competitive review.
Effective immediately, the award-winning Publicis Seattle will implement and manage Visit Seattle’s comprehensive marketing strategy, as well as creative development and media planning and buying (for local, national and international markets).
In 2015, Publicis Seattle will build on the recent Seattle renaissance, as plans for a revitalized waterfront, new hotels and a new sister convention facility in the city are on the way. The Seattle area will also host the 2015 U.S. Open Championship, one of golf’s four major championships, attracting the world’s best players and fans from around the globe.

Specifically, the agency created campaigns for Seabourn, a top luxury cruise line head-quartered in Seattle, and a Super Bowl campaign hit with National Lampoon family, the Griswolds, for HomeAway, a leading online vacation rental go-to.
