VFX Newcomer Selected Works Marks Arrival with VES Award Win

London based visual effects company Selected Works has just won Best Compositing and Lighting at the  21st annual VES Awards Gala in Los Angeles, which recognises outstanding visual effects artistry, for their work on Ladbrokes Rocky.

The company was launched by managing director Sean Costelloe, executive producer Alex Fitzgerald and executive creative director Wes.

Selected Works describes itself as a “talent led, client focused, award winning VFX company, passionate about our craft and proud to be specialists in visual effects.”

The outstanding team has vast experience, having run the biggest creative VFX studios in the UK and US. 

They include award winning artists: creative director Greg Spencer (formerly creative director of The Mill’s Berlin studio), acclaimed FX artist and head of 3D Paul Donnellan, accomplished technical director and head of 2D Theojo Dharan, highly experienced lead matte painter and concept artist Amber Frisenda and VFX powerhouse creative director Francois Roisin. Selected Works also exclusively represents prominent colourist Hannabil Lang in the UK.
