Building on the successful totaljobs #MillionPoundJamie campaign of 2016, and as part of the more recent campaign #TheElevatorPitch, VCCP has launched a series of videos addressing common pressures jobseekers face when going to interview.
To bring to life the ultimate interview experience, the videos show real jobseekers completing a 60-second pitch to camera in the totaljobs elevator. The jobseekers had their interviews closely scrutinised by a team of industry experts, including psychologist Dr Linda Papadopoulos and The Apprentice’s Nick Hewer, who gave the interviewees feedback on how they reacted under pressure, including tips for future ‘pitches’.
Since #TheElevatorPitch campaign launched one month ago, totaljobs has experienced a record surge in both employee and employer sign-ups. Only four weeks in and the brand has already seen great results with a 36% increase in YOY applications and 24% more unique users YOY.
Lauren Bushell, Marketing Manager at totaljobs said, “We have been delighted with the campaign and the initial results. It has been great working on the media and creative cut through with VCCP.”
Catherine Becker, CEO of VCCP Media concurred, “It has been great working in an integrated way with the team internally and totaljobs to deliver this campaign with really rich content delivered from the brand.”
