VCCP London Scales Creative Offering Following International Hires

VCCP welcomes Ana Paula Riotto Marques, Tomás Azoubel Lima, Victoria David and Haley Koehn

VCCP London has today announced four significant hires, signalling further investment in the creative arm of the business. VCCP London welcomes Ana Paula Riotto Marques, Tomás Azoubel Lima, Victoria David and Haley Koehn as creatives to the UK’s largest independent advertising group, and all four will start immediately. 

The four new hires hail from all across the globe, and represent VCCP London’s recruitment drive for worldly creatives, with award winning experience to approach client work with an international, diverse outlook. In their new roles, Marques, Lima, David and Koehn will report to the agency’s executive creative director, Monty Verdi.

Powerhouse creative team Ana Paula Riotto Marques and Tomás Azoubel Lima have more than ten years experience working internationally at creative agencies in Berlin, Stockholm, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and most recently London. Both Marques and Lima hail from Brazil, and have extensive expertise working for some of the world’s biggest global brands including Coca-Cola, Netflix, Apple, Samsung and Johnnie Walker. Previously, both Marques and Lima held positions at Something where they were tasked with bringing brands closer to culture, most notably Johnnie Walker into the world of new luxury, and helping to develop the Johnnie Walker documentary for Amazon Prime. Prior to this, both Marques and Lima were Art Directors DDB Africa where they created integrated campaigns for Itaú as well as activations for ESPN. At VCCP London, the pair will work on Virgin Media O2 alongside other key clients.

Also joining the VCCP creative department is Victoria David, natively from Argentina. David brings with her a flare for art direction, and a passion for design background. David has held positions at some of the top advertising agencies in the world, and her impressive portfolio includes Cutwater, Facebook and Saatchi & Saatchi in New York. With an innate interest in emerging technology and gaming, David is passionate about creating an emotional connection between brands and their audience. Previous clients include Twitter, HSBC, Fiat, Giant, Russell Stover and Brawny. At VCCP London, David will work on the Canon, LinkedIn and Nationwide accounts. 

Victoria David, creative at VCCP London commented: “I’ve long admired the incredible work of VCCP as a global network, and it fills me with huge excitement thinking about the projects I’ll be working to deliver this year for top class clients. I’m passionate about ensuring brands cut through, are heard, and stand apart, and it’s comforting to be part of an agency who share this same vision.”

The final talented creative joining VCCP is Haley Koehn, a creative originally from Canada with an instinctive curiosity towards art direction. Haley has dedicated experience leading social campaigns, branding projects and experiential events. Prior to joining VCCP, Koehn was a creative at Creature London and an Art Director at Sid Lee Toronto. Previous clients include Facebook, Netflix and Heineken. At VCCP London Koehn will work on the recently acquired White Claw business.
