Valins&Co. today announced their official move to DUMBO, Brooklyn and appoints Meredyth Mann, founder of Bespoke360, as its exclusive East Coast representative.
“We moved to DUMBO because we thought like DUMBO. It is creative and progressive. A place where the idea is more important than the medium that delivers it,” says Scott Valins, Owner and Creative Director of design firm Valins&Co.
Practicing what they preach, Valins&Co. takes a “design as problem solving” approach to their work on projects that are as varied as their client base, from Walmart to BMW to Diane Von Furstenberg. Valins&Co. handles even the smallest details with meaning and nuance, from illustrative typographic commercials to a mobile user experience workflow.
It’s not just their physical location that’s new. Meredyth Mann has joined the team as their East Coast rep. Mann is the founder and owner of Bespoke360, a boutique A-level talent representation firm. “The level of talent from CD Scott Valins made this decision an easy one,” stated Mann. “Their dexterous capabilities, including sophisticated design, animation, graphics and typography, are exactly what agencies and brands are looking for."
“We gravitated to Meredyth immediately upon meeting her,” states Mike Sullo, Executive Producer of Valins&Co. “She has an amazing grasp of the industry as well as a work ethic that is similar to our own. We like that we compliment her other companies, as they do us.” Bespoke360’s clients include the award winning music and sound studio FaceTheMusic and atSwim. Mann started in the advertising business in the production department of Ogilvy & Mather and moved on to sales in 2004.
Valins&Co. is based in 20 Jay Street, M02, Brooklyn, NY 11201. They are relatively new to the neighborhood, so be sure to stop by.
