U.S. Paralympics: ‘Passion, Power & Strength’

The U.S. Paralympics and Dept. of Veterans Affairs understand the proven physical and mental healing power of sports for wounded veterans. Their latest campaign titled Mission ReDefined and created by LA-based ad agency Ignited, aims to encourage vets with disabilities to once again participate in physical and social activities.

 

 

Ignited breathed life into this inspiring message through a :30 second spot. In the video you see Michael Johnston, a U.S. Navy veteran who lost his leg in 2003 and aspires to compete in the 2016 Rio Paralympics, run the 100 meter dash. Each step reveals the qualities that veterans have – passion, power and strength – and reminds them that they can still enjoy active lives despite their life-changing injuries.
