Chicago-based Jen Giles + Partners is a talent management boutique representing a diverse group of directors and artists for commercials, branded content, and experiential projects across the midwest market. Giles started her company in 2010 and has been in the advertising and production community for 20 years. Giles currently represents companies including Company Films, Identity, Minted Content, Washington Square Films, Yonder, and Uppercut’s music partner Racket Club.
“I met Micah at the beginning of his career in Chicago and have followed Uppercut since its inception,” says Jen Giles. “To me, Uppercut and Racket Club reflect Micah's drive to form a new path and reach for a higher creative standard. I see this reflected in Uppercut's curated roster of talent and boutique vibe. I'm thrilled to be part of the team and bring this fresh talent to the Midwest, and work alongside Lisa, with her extensive post and sales experience, to forge trusting relationships within the Midwest ad community.”
Anna Rotholz Management is based in New York and covers the east coast and Latinx markets. Rotholz brings over a decade of broad understanding in conveying talents’ capabilities and goals, having spent the majority of her career as an independent rep working with such shops as Ziegler Management, The Family, and as in-house Head of Sales at Believe Media. Her current roster includes production companies Rocket Film, Hey Baby, Bindery, and Bodega, amongst others.
Says Anna Rotholz: “I am delighted to be working with Uppercut and their immense team of talent. Having worked with Uppercut's MD [Lisa Houck] previously, I am also thrilled to be collaborating with her again in this new capacity.”
“We couldn’t be happier about our new rep partnerships and know we’re in excellent hands,” says Lisa Houck, managing director of Uppercut. “They each bring a depth of experience and robust, respected relationships with clients. We look forward to the opportunities they’ll identify and bring to Uppercut’s collective of best-in-craft talent spanning across multiple companies and offices.”view more - Hires, Wins & BusinessUppercut Edit, Wed, 10 Mar 2021 09:07:15 GMT
