And in order to create awesome works, you need awesome people. Because you can’t make the unexpected if you only work with the usual suspects. In this Unexpected Intros series, we take a peek behind the curtain at some of the diverse thinkers that make up our network, and validate Bill Bernbach’s notion that an idea can turn to dust or magic, depending on the talent that rubs against it.

3. What was your very first job? 

My very first job was drawing comic charges for a local magazine in my hometown São Bernardo. Only lasted two editions :-P 

4. How did you wind up in advertising? 

As my father also works with advertising, it was always part of my life. Growing up watching him work was very inspiring to me and somehow since I was very young I just felt it was the right thing for me too.

5. Piece of creative that inspires you? 

The classic VW Beetle 'Think small' commercial series. Simple, sharp, fun and truthful.

6. What are you currently reading, watching, and listening to? 

Reading: The Art of Rivalry. How the complicated relationships between four pairs of some of the greatest artists of modern art lead to breakthroughs in the art world.

Watching: With a long delay...finally started watching Breaking Bad.

Listening: currently addicted to Maneskin

7. What’s a goal/hope/dream of yours?

I hope I can inspire my two daughters to be great human beings.
