Ciencuadras.com hand in hand with Tribal Worldwide Colombia -one of the divisions of the DDB Group-, created the campaign and the new costumer experience where the concept "Espacios Buscan" (Spaces look for) was born; inspired in how matchmaking works and aiming to find the “better real estate half”. Unlike most real estate applications, in Ciencuadras.com people are not the ones who seek for a perfect space. Instead, those spaces are the ones looking for their better half.
The campaign characterized by its fresh, humorous, daily, and natural tone, focuses on real life and moves away from the traditional communication of the category.
The communication plan includes mass media with a focus on digital media and executions that are impossible to ignore; complemented by a promotion suitable for all audiences with a prize that many have dreamed but never received before: a year of rent completely free, in five spaces distributed by the main cities of the country that look for tailored made tenants.
