Following a three-way pitch process, Travelzoo has appointed TMW Unlimited to handle its UK CRM activity.
With more than 5 million members in the UK and 25 offices worldwide, Travelzoo publishes offers from more than 2,000 travel, entertainment and local companies. This new remit will focus on member engagement and involve a series of referral and loyalty initiatives.
The newly formed partnership will see the agency devise an integrated CRM programme with data at the core, to live across email, web and social channels. The work is due to launch in September this year.

This latest win follows TMW’s recent appointment by Pernod Ricard to the global BTL account for Absolut vodka and a partnership with the Department of International Trade announced earlier this year.
