Trade School Welcomes Ashley Kincade as SVP, Head of Culture

Trade School, an integrated content shop and full-service production studio, today announced the appointment of Ashley Kincade as its first head of culture. Reporting to Genna Franconi, co-founder and managing director, Ashley will lead culture, people, and talent for the agency.  

“Ashley is an all-around pro—not just in HR and D&I but also in performance coaching and leadership development. We are very fortunate to add her to our leadership team and can’t wait to put her expertise to work on behalf of our Trade School crew,” said Genna.  

Ahsley brings nearly 15 years of leadership experience across human resources, employee engagement, organizational development, performance coaching, and talent management to Trade School. She was most recently VP, director of HR and associate director of diversity at 22Squared, an integrated creative and media company (and sibling agency to Trade School), where she was responsible for setting the strategic direction for and incorporating HR and D&I strategy for an agency with over 360 team members. She has previously held HR and recruiting roles for global enterprises including Verizon Wireless, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Reebok.
