BBDO has appointed Tony Harris to CEO for BBDO Hong Kong with regional management responsibility over the Visa business across Asia. Formerly the CEO for BBDO Japan, Tony brings to Hong Kong a wealth of knowledge and experience from over 30 years in the industry. He started his career in London and in 2010, before departing for Asia, was one of London’s Top 10 Account Men by Campaign Magazine.
Tony has been with the BBDO network for eight years; first as CEO at BBDO Guerrero, the Philippines’ most awarded agency locally and internationally, where he most notably worked on the development of the acclaimed 'It’s More Fun In The Philippines' campaign. He also authored a popular book about the campaign. In 2015, he moved to Tokyo to set up BBDO Japan.

The leadership of BBDO Japan will be taken up by Hal Ito, the managing director and Shuhei Ishikawa, general manager.
