Tom Griffin Joins 72andSunny Amsterdam as Director of Brand Management

72andSunny Amsterdam welcomes Tom Griffin as its new Director of Brand Management, responsible for setting the vision and helping the Discipline grow. Championing 72andSunny's modern approach to the way brands and agencies collaboratively make smart work, Tom will also lead the Google account. 

With a deep-rooted fascination around how different cultures respond to new ideas, Tom naturally progressed into his first job in advertising after completing a degree in Anthropology and Archaeology. It’s this desire to produce work that shifts the cultural needle that makes him a perfect fit for 72andSunny, which produced work originating in nine different languages in 2014. Sharing 72andSunny’s passion for attracting, and learning from, entrepreneurs from across the globe, Tom will be responsible for cultivating its diverse team, as well as nurturing the personal growth and creative self-expression of the 72andSunny people.     

Before relocating to Amsterdam with his partner and two young boys, Tom spent time as Client Services Director at Anomaly London, working on global campaigns with brands such as ASOS, Budweiser, Sony Electronics and Universal Music. This experience fuels his passion for delivering work that both maintains global relevancy and resonates with local culture. Outside of work Tom is a natural outdoors-man climbing, swimming and travelling - ideally combining all three.
