Craft creative agency, Tom, Dick & Harry Creative Co. (TDH), has hired Lisa Groot as vice president, account director, managing partner Greg Reifel announced today. In her new position, Lisa will lead several of TDH’s clients and play a significant role on the agency’s growth team.
“The first time we met Lisa we felt a special spark,” said Greg. “Not only does she bring a wealth of brand experience from large and not-so-large agencies, her digital chops will be a great asset to our ever-expanding digital team. We couldn’t be more excited for Lisa’s leadership as we look toward the next decade.”
Before joining TDH, Lisa was VP, group account director at Match Marketing, working across multiple ConAgra brands, the Chicago Bears, US Cellular, and PepsiCo. Prior to Match, Groot held leadership roles at Seattle’s Wexley School for Girls overseeing Amazon’s successful launch of Amazon Prime for Teens, at mcgarrybowen Chicago guiding the Marriott digital, experiential and traditional efforts and at Element 79 leading the integrated PepsiCo and Frito-Lay businesses.
