Three Zany Animated Spots Showcase iZettle’s Easy-to-Use Tools for Small Businesses

AMV BBDO has created a new creative campaign for iZettle which breaks nationally on 23rd April. The campaign will include TV, YouTube,  radio, social, DOOH and OOH components.
In a world of giants, the future belongs to the agile. The new ‘Run Faster’ campaign captures a point of view that’s shared by iZettle and its customers.

It’s a belief that to succeed you have to be agile, keep innovating and have a restless thirst for improvement because more than anything else, we all fear stagnation and obsolescence. That’s why iZettle gives small businesses the sharpest, smartest tools and the best support to help them keep running faster.


The three ads depict a playful and animated world which visualises the benefits of iZettle’s products in a quirky and fun way. The first ad shows the benefits of iZettle’s superfast card reader, whilst the second highlights iZettle Pro, an EPOS app that is designed specifically for the hospitality industry. The third ad portrays iZettle’s brand new product, iZettle E-commerce which allows small businesses to sell in-store, online and on-the-go, all from one place. These benefits are also highlighted through the various other media formats such as OOH, radio and social.

Patrik Karlsson, Brand & Creative Lead at iZettle, comments: “With this campaign we wanted to showcase how easy and reliable our products are, and shine a light on our wider product portfolio. The aim was to take a more emotional and playful approach to capture people’s attention and interest. I believe AMV BBDO and Blinkink have done a great job of doing just that, I really feel the campaign stands out and I am looking forward to seeing the results.”


Elliot Dear at Blinkink adds: “The iZettle project was really fun to work on. James Papper’s design is so charming. I love how satisfying the style is, with its bold lines and solid colour fills. The whole thing feels very fresh but also has that nice nostalgic feel - it reminds me of animation from the ‘70s and also the ‘90s. The team at AMV were great to work with and I really enjoyed collaborating on the gags and characters, and I couldn’t have hoped for a more breezy and enthusiastic client in the iZettle team. A good project all round.”
