This Short Film Explores the Repetitive Reality of Self Isolation

At this time, our everyday life seems captious and repetitive, in reality the nuances are subtle but are still there. ‘TODAY!’ tells the small nuances that make these days all different and unforgettable.

K48 presents a new film directed by Leone, renowned director and founder of K48 production. This film is produced in collaboration with Stink Films as part of #view_finder, an online platform where Stink Film’s global village can submit new work created during isolation.

This is not the usual film shot in amazing locations and with breathtaking actors as, inevitably, everyone has to stay at home in this delicate period. We are facing an emergency situation, an epochal turning point that we are experiencing for the first time in the first person for personal reasons. At this moment teams cannot go to a photo shoot or change cities to find the most suitable place, instead usings our own walls and as artists draw inspiration from them. Let us not be blocked by this depression of stimuli, and not let this loneliness become less creative but above all not let this situation make us question our being artists. This ironic film wants to play down but above all incite the world of art, photography, directors not to stop but on the contrary to take advantage of this moment to create things that they could never have done before.
