This Emotional Campaign Wants to Empower Us to Find Purpose in Life
Have you ever wondered if you are actually happy doing what you do? Don’t worry, according to a research conducted by Adecco, 3 out of 4 people feel that they are not fulfilling their vital purpose. Their latest campaign shows it through an impactful and surprising execution.

The campaign is the starting point of the human resources company’s new positioning in Spain, and shows how the fear of change is an obstacle for our career development, and tries to empower us to take decisions and carry out changes that will make us feel more fulfilled.

It does so with a surprising narrative: what looks like a normal job interview comes to a turning point in which Adecco shows us how there’s no fear that shouldn’t be confronted to live the life we want. 

While many talk about dream jobs and technology, Adecco's new approach to HR communications wants to focus on the human side of human resources with a touching video that makes us reflect on our insecurities and fears to make life changing decisions. 

In words of Adecco’s CMO Jesús Cubero “Our purpose in Adecco is to help candidates find jobs that make them feel fulfilled, being conscious that work is one of the main factors that connects people with their vital purpose.” 

The campaign also includes a digital tool to help people asses their social, personal and work purpose fulfillment level and gives them personalised career advice based on the results.
