Thirty-nine agencies have achieved CPD Gold Accreditation for their exceptional professional development programmes, and were honoured at the IPA Members’ Lunch today.
Launched in 2008, the IPA’s CPD Gold Accreditation scheme recognises and rewards agencies who demonstrate a genuine culture of learning, bettering the professionalism, development and reputation of the industry, enhancing clients’ brands and agencies’ worth as a result.
Each of the 39 CPD Gold agencies have made an exceptional investment in the professional development of their employees and have seen success against business goals in return. Last year’s CPD Gold agencies recording a remarkable 87:1 return on training investments, leading to a 96% client retention, 61% pitch conversion rate.
This year’s CPD Gold agencies are: 23red, Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, BJL, Bountiful Cow*, Bray Leino, Cuttsy & Cuttsy, Elvis, Generation Media, Geometry UK*, Hunterlodge Advertising, iProspect, m/SIX*, Manning Gottlieb OMD, MBA, McCann Manchester, MediaCom, MediaCom Edinburgh, Mindshare, MKTG, Mother*, MullenLowe London, Now, OMD UK, Posterscope, PSI, RAPP Group, St Luke's, The Kite Factory, The Market Creative*, The Specialist Works, The&Partnership London, Total Media, True*, Vizeum, WAA Chosen*, Wavemaker London, Wieden + Kennedy London, woolley pau gyro and Wordbird (* denotes new to CPD Gold this year).
Twenty-four agencies also achieved CPD Platinum Accreditation for sustained CPD excellence, by earning CPD Gold at least four times over a five-year period, and will be honoured at a separate dinner later this year.

Special recognition went to MediaCom and MediaCom Edinburgh for achieving CPD Gold Accreditation for the tenth time consecutive year. Both agencies were honoured with a special commemorative plaque to mark their phenomenal achievement.
