Global executive search firm, The Talent Business, has announced three more senior hires to bolster its global expansion in 2020.
Steve Albany has joined as managing director of the Los Angeles office. Steve has spent several years driving business development for Omnicom group companies in the US and, most recently, for leading design agency group, North Kingdom. After playing top tier college basketball, Steve began his career at a Beverly Hills talent agency.
Philippa Campbell has joined The Talent Business’ New York office as a partner focusing on business and strategic leadership. Philippa was previously a group account director at Droga5 NY and global account director at BBDO NY.
Charlotte Smith, currently The Talent Business’ US managing director, moves up to CEO of NA as The Talent Business builds its NY and LA operations.
Felicity Stinton has joined The Talent Business’ London office as a partner responsible for business development. Felicity is an ex-head of account management and marketing director of BBH London, and most recently worked with Sir John Hegarty at ‘The Garage Soho’ where she led an innovative and disruptive start-up.
