The straight 8 Industry Shootout 2024 Is On

Calling all creative companies for one of the hardest filmmaking challenges out there today - to make a short film on one cartridge of super 8 film with absolutely no editing other than with each pull of the trigger!

You create your soundtrack separately without seeing your film and watch it for the first time in a huge cinema at CANNES during the AD FESTIVAL in June. Seeing your work for the first time at the same time as the whole industry does… feeling brave?

Only 20 creative companies compete each year for the trophies and all 20 films will premiere in Cannes.
