Deutsch and Taco Bell Cool Ranch Dorito's continue on their persuasive quest
If you were one of the people standing in line for a Taco Bell Cool Ranch Doritos Loco, or just witnessed it, you know that the upcoming arrival of Cool Ranch DLT has been more liked, shared and talked about by consumers than any other Taco Bell product in history. The campaign to support it is Taco Bell’s biggest marketing campaignto date.
In fact, fans have been looking for the Cool Ranch DLT since the first Doritos Loco Taco launched last year—which is what Deutsch's new commercial for Taco Bell is all about.
In “The Most Obvious Idea in the World” a host of characters from business execs to tantrum-throwing girls, to United Nations delegates agree that what the world really needs is a Cool Ranch-flavored taco. Buddhist monks even make the argument without speaking.
The spot was directed by Zach Math, who also the directed the agency and brands“Hola” commercial.
