Led by managing director, media services, Davis Jones, who joined the agency earlier this year, the team has more than tripled gross billings and expanded its capabilities, adding speciality roles in analytics, programmatic, social, and comms strategy. The boosted team allows the agency to include media early on in the creative process, making a more profound strategic and integrated impact in developing creatively-led media solutions.
“We are building a media team of diverse, complementary skill sets that can contribute strategic insights early in the process,” said Davis Jones, managing director of media services at The Many. “Everyone on this team believes in the promise of integrated problem solving and understands how vital it is in addressing the business challenges our clients face.”
With a history of constantly adding new capabilities to deliver bespoke client solutions, the build-out of The Many’s media group gives the discipline a seat at the table at every briefing, regardless of the ask. Now, the agency’s integrated approach brings together audience targeting and analytics to better inform and optimise creative messaging to better understand the human experience.
Since Jones began building the department earlier this year, the group has added eleven new positions including Alex Barnes, media director; Jaclyn VanSloten, associate media director; Alyssa DeSangro, associate media director; Caroline Tambling, media supervisor, Sean Desmond, analytics lead; Carter Baker, media supervisor of programmatic and social; Kenneth Fojas, senior media associate; Claire He, media planner; McKenna Petri, media planner, and Lizzy You, media associate.
The enhanced media group has allowed the agency to take on both media-only and fully integrated clients including Quest, Sambazon, NOS Energy Drink, and Missoma, to name a few, positioning the group to exceed its most optimistic projections for the year.
