Creatives from around the region will be selecting the best work to come out of the market this year
Australia and New Zealand will, for the first time ever, have a joint, dedicated competition and jury at this year's Immortal Awards.

Leading names from across the two nations will unite to decide which of the market's best work will represent the region at The Immortal Awards' 2021 Asia Pacific competition.

The qualifying work will compete with the best creative advertising from across the continent for a place in the final, global round of judging.

The Immortal Awards, hosted by Little Black Book and free to enter for all of the platform’s members, successfully introduced regional judging last year and is now introducing local competitions for 2021.

It is the first time that ANZ has its own dedicated jury at the Immortals and currently includes Damon Stapleton,  Howatson+White's Ant White, Clemenger BBDO's Jim Curtis, FINCH's Rob Galluzzo, Alt.vfx's Takeshi Takada, and ARC Edit's Joseph Perkins.

The final few jurors will be announced soon.

Paul Monan, awards director at Little Black Book, comments: “Australia and New Zealand are markets that we care a lot about and we're excited for our first ever joint ANZ jury at this year's Immortals. Across the competition, we've introduced local juries this year to give more markets a spotlight on the global stage like never before. Our jury will be putting forward the work that they believe best represents the two nations on the regional and global stage. We want the best work to be judged locally, regionally and globally and having an ANZ jury this year ensures only the very best goes through to the regional Asia Pacific round - and we can't wait to see which work they choose to put through!"

The Immortal Awards 2021 ANZ jury currently includes:

Ant White (Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Howatson+White)
Damon Stapleton
Jim Curtis (Executive Creative Director, Clemenger BBDO Melbourne)
Joseph Perkins (Managing Director & Co-Founder, ARC Edit)
Rob Galluzzo (Executive Producer & CEO, FINCH)
Takeshi Takada Executive Producer & Co-Founder, Alt.VFX)
