On 2 June Festival will continue with Conference where speakers will be the members of the Golden Hammer’s very select jury and very much on top of where the creative industry finds itself, and where it should or could go:
Digital as an enhancement. Hanja Baruschke, Creative Director Digital of Jung von Matt/Limmat, Switzerland: “The whole world is talking about digitisation, but it’s about finding the perfect balance of using traditional and new media in order to create an outstanding experience.”. Hanja’s team worked on the campaign Refugees welcome that resulted in many Cannes Lion, Clio and Eurobest Awards in 2016.
Frankly Speaking. Levan Lepsveridze, Creative Director of Leavingstone, Georgia: “Genuine events and pure human emotions really matter.” Levan is multi award winning Creative Director, he has won 59 awards on international advertising festivals, including Cannes Lions, Eurobest, London International Award, ADCE, Epica, Golden Drum, KIAF, Ad Black Sea.
Where are we going to? Alexander Kapelevich, Creative Owner of LOGA BIGA, Belarus: “Is it the Insight, the Idea or the Execution to be in charge? On the example of 2016 Lions winners.” Alexander is a prize winner and has been a jury member for White Square, Red Apple, KIAF, Idea, Ad Stars, New York Festival and some others.
Advertising that doesn't suck. Tobias Wacker, Creative Director of hasan & partners, Finland: “A run through the hell of bad advertising and what to do about it.” His work has been shortlisted and awarded at e.g. Epica, Eurobest, Cresta, Red Apple, Cannes Lions, ADC*E, Guldägget, iF Communication Design Award, Effie Awards, Golden Hammer and at national award shows in Finland, Netherlands and Germany. Tobias has been serving in numerous national and international juries.
Bad Boys of Design — How to Get Rich. Tajo Oja, Lead Designer and Partner of Fraktal, Estonia: “You've all heard the age-old mantra of "Good design saves the world". I'll show you how that hippy talk will get you nowhere and how to lie, cheat and steal your way to the top. With the help of dark patterns, deceptive design and other deliciously evil tricks.” Tajo is young and talented award winning designer.
