The Global Insights Group at DST (the GIG), an integrated customer engagement agency that helps businesses create stronger customer engagement from their data, announced the appointment of Andrew Orbell as its Client Services Director.
With broad multi-channel expertise and over 20 years of agency experience, Orbell will lead an expert team delivering high-quality client service engagements. In his new role, Orbell will be responsible for the client service department, working with the team to help clients take full advantage of the ongoing developments in the industry including the emergence of Big Data and changes in the Financial Sector regulation.
He will report to the GIG’s Managing Director, Ruaraidh Thomas. Orbell takes up the position with immediate effect and will be based at the GIG’s London offices.

Orbell comes to the GIG from MRM Meteorite, an integrated, digital, and data marketing agency, where he served as Business Director. He previously worked at Publicis and WPP agencies, where he developed his strong management, client service, and strategic skills.
