Cloud-based dubbing – which was only launched by ZOO in April 2017 - will rapidly open up a new world of opportunity for major brands to advertise and sell their products internationally.
Graham Ebbs, MD of Jungle Studios says: “I thought this was a game changer the minute I saw it. At Jungle we’re already seeing a revolution with the work we’ve done with ZOO Digital. Their dubbing service, powered by the ZOOdubs software, works like an online dubbing studio, and delivers the voice elements ‘oven ready’ for us to mix. We’re now working with ZOO to look at ways of using the system for our advertising clients."
With traditional dubbing processes making the transcreation, localisation and audio description of certain content cost prohibitive, this new cloud-powered approach has already proven the ability to bring new revenue streams online.
Sam Dillon, Senior Producer at SNK Studios comments: “ZOO and ZOOdubs will change the way everyone in the localisation space thinks about dubbing. At SNK we’re big fans as we can mix more content more cost effectively and maximise our capacity to best effect."
Gordon Doran, President of ZOO Digital concludes: “We reckon that 2018 will be the year that advertisers are able to break into new markets around the world – thanks to the power of cloud-based dubbing. ZOO is working extremely well with its mixing partners to everyone’s benefit.”view more - Trends and InsightZOO Digital, Thu, 21 Dec 2017 11:42:30 GMT
