The Experience Design Studio (XDS) has recently joined the Worldwide Partners global network of independent agencies. XDS is a customer experience agency focused on the health and wellness industry based in Warrington, Pennsylvania, USA.
XDS creates experiences for intent-rich moments when decisions are made, pretenses are shaped, and products are purchased. The independent agency’s core focus is on understanding how real people – patients, doctors, mothers, fathers, payers – interact with digital experiences to create easy-to-use, engaging and effective encounters. XDS has been providing these services to healthcare clients since 2017, when co-founders Douglas Rockhill and Shai Reichert – agency veterans that were leading digital transformation for some of the largest healthcare companies in the world – decided to leverage their collective knowledge and skills to change the health and wellness UX landscape.
Today, XDS works with some of the biggest names in the healthcare business, including Medic Alert, Shockwave Medical, Rubius Therapeutics, Prognomiq, and Arcus Biosciences. As the digital agency of record for Shockwave Medical since 2018, XDS has provided this growing IVL catheter company with several web, digital and even offline conference materials. One of the largest projects for Shockwave Medical to date was the reimagining of the company’s website to better align with an image of innovation and forward-thinking. XDS created a global site featuring educational animations, case studies, clinical research, and helpful investor information, as well as lead generation and CRM integration, and continues to support and maintain the site with new features, content, and lead nurturing and segmentation. Not only did the website receive Gold Marcom and Davey Awards, but it also provided tremendous growth with a 40% increase in traffic and 400% increase in leads over the previous year.
