Kelsey has worked with brands including Four Seasons, Under Armour, AT&T and Red Bull

Kelsey is a Canadian director whose passion is documenting and sharing the unfiltered stories of real people. Her background in documentary film and commercial advertising creates work that is honest and raw, with a polished finish. Kelsey has travelled the world directing content pieces in Istanbul, Hawaii, Egypt and Los Angeles, for clients that include Four Seasons, Under Armour, AT&T and Red Bull, to name a few. Her ability to connect with people on a deep and organic level has provided the opportunity to tell the stories of a variety of different individuals from all backgrounds, including celebrities, single moms, those living in shelters, the LGBTQIA+ community and Olympic athletes.

Kelsey launched into production with the HBO acquired and Academy Award nominated documentary 'Claude Lanzmann: Spectres of the Shoah'. Some recent work includes 'The Sewing Army' which was featured on Breakfast Television, 'Connected', all-natural Canadian skincare brand Birch Babe, and 'Little Moments', a series of single mom stories for Cause We Care. Before this, Kelsey travelled the world filming documentary storytelling pieces for Four Seasons, and worked on a campaign for Under Armour filmed in Hawaii, Arizona and Toronto, that follows Olympic Athlete Lanni Marchant’s story of recovery from a severe injury as she trains to qualify for the 2020 Olympics. Prior to this, Kelsey directed grant-funded short film 'Beautiful, Spicy Monster' with famed Drag Queen Tynomi Banks, finishing top ten in ‘True Calling’. In addition, Kelsey also directed the AT&T 'Experience More' campaign, capturing the story of Black Eyed Pea Apl.de.ap, shot in LA.

Kelsey brings a rare curiosity to her work that gently pulls out the hidden layers of people with carefully crafted interviews and personal connections. She believes you can only plan so much before a shoot, the magic moments come from the unexpected.

"I am absolutely thrilled and deeply honoured to be represented by The Deli, a remarkable Canadian production company. As a documentary commercial director, I am passionate about helping bring real, raw, and honest stories to life for brands that have a meaningful impact on today's world. Pouring my heart into every project, it is crucial for me to collaborate with a production company that shares the same values and supports my vision. The Deli embodies these qualities (and more) while creating space for a dynamic environment where creativity thrives. They are a team of innovative minds who think outside the box, embrace collaboration, and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. I look forward to diving into more projects with The Deli and pushing the boundaries of traditional advertising.

Executive producer Ben Robinson adds, “We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Kelsey to the roster. There’s a deep humanity to her work that shines through beautifully on screen. Her ability to connect with others on a deep, intimate level makes her wonderful to collaborate with. Very excited to have her on the roster."
