Every year, the team at creative transformation agency isobel raids someone’s costume department, gets made up, and shoots a tableaux scene for their Christmas card. We’ve seen everything from monks to chavs, to ballet, to a Christmas nursing home.
This year's is a theatrical display of pirates and lost boys, with the partners picking up the key roles of Captain Hook (Rob Fletcher, Creative Partner), Peter Pan (Paul Houlding, Managing Partner) and a very convincing Tinkerbell (Steve Hastings, Planning Partner).
The day was not without it's own theatrics; Paul falling from his Peter Pan podium six feet up. 'The boy who could fly' got straight back to it, in the true spirit of theatre declaring, “The show must go on!”
Creative Partner Rob Fletcher, has been the mastermind behind the shoot for the past 12 years. He commented: “isobel’s annual Christmas card is more than just a tradition for us. It’s a chance for us to go bigger and better than we ever have; a chance to challenge ourselves to be more creative. We approach every card the way we approach any client project – with creativity, curiosity and ambition. As a result, every year the card becomes more unorthodox and harder to pull off.”
