The British Arrows has announced the Jury’s shortlist for the 40th British Arrows Awards.
These awards celebrate the biggest and best ideas in British commercial film and are to be held on Wednesday 23rd March. Led by this year’s Chairwoman Rosie Arnold, Deputy Executive Creative Director at BBH, the Jury gathered en masse on 8th, 9th and 11th Feb in a private screening room in Soho. After three days of strong debate the British Arrows have released the long-awaited Shortlist.
Commenting on her Jury, Rosie Arnold says: “It was important to me that not only were the Jury members top of their game and a group of people who entrants would respect, but also that they were a group balanced equally by gender. I wanted to make sure the process this year would allow people from different life experiences to judge the work and ultimately lead to a broader selection of commercials winning the awards. The work really spoke for itself this year, so we were a very harmonious group during the judging days. We’re now all so excited about the upcoming awards show. I think everyone will enjoy the work and most of all we’re looking forward to giving the creators their well-deserved arrows.”
