Thanasis Tsimpinis's work spans his sensual and poetic black and white short film Fawns - which scooped a multitude of awards and rave reviews - a simple but touching film for a dog adoption agency (which you can see at the bottom of the page) and visual mastery with tabletop shots.
In his latest film for Milner, the el Colony Director realises the light and fun of something as ordinary as having a bit of cheese.
“Thanasis has a talent for achieving such natural, unstifled performances that the film feels like something you are actually part of,” says an el Colony representative.
It also seems to apply to animals as well as people, as in his last film for Bosch.
The new work for Milner was produced by el Colony’s partners at STEFI, Greece, and was shot in Athens.
As a bonus - if you feel like watching something utterly lovely - check out this oldie but goodie
and think of giving a bit of love by adopting and sharing some cheese with your new friend.
Thanasis is available through el Colony in UK, Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East, for specific European or South American work.
