TBWA\London has appointed Ogilvy’s Kitty Hennessy to the role of new business and marketing director. The appointment will see Hennessy charged with driving the agency’s disruption positioning, attracting brands who share TBWA’s view that creativity is the driver of disruptive business growth for brands.
Hennessy has a solid background in creative marketing roles. Before joining Ogilvy as new business director in 2019 she pursued a flexible career, which included stints at Unlimited and Pablo, to allow her to spend time with her young family. She is now returning to a permanent position at TBWA\London, which embraces flexible working and encourages its teams to adopt a professional set up that complements their personal life.
She will report to TBWA\London’s new CEO, Larissa Vince, who said: “Kitty's enthusiasm and experience really made her stand out, and she's going to be a brilliant addition to the TBWA crew.”
