Following a 5-way competitive pitch, the carpet and flooring company, Tapi, has appointed independent advertising agency Creature, to deliver its new brand strategy.
Creature will be responsible for delivering an integrated communication strategy and big creative brand-building idea that will cement Tapi’s position as the sector leader for people who want a properly good floor and excellent customer experience.
It’s an important moment in the brand's history as Johanna Constantinou, brand and communication director at Tapi Carpets & Floors explains: “Since our inception in 2014, our mission has been to disrupt the conventional world of flooring retail and offer customers quality flooring transformations and exceptional service they can’t find elsewhere. I’m proud to say that we have achieved this ambition. We are the best-rated carpet retail store on Trustpilot and have led the way in delivering innovative solutions so our customers can shop from home, in-store or online, especially during lockdown. But we remain the sectors best kept secret and now is the time for that to change."
Constantinou continues: “During the pitch process, it became clear that Creature possess the creativity, strategic intelligence and the nuanced understanding of our business to help us get do just that.”

Creature will begin working with Tapi immediately.
