Tank Supports the Launch of New Media Parent Company, Recurrent Ventures

Boston and San Francisco-based Tank Design was recently brought on by North Equity LLC, to develop the brand and visual identity of their newly formed entity, Recurrent Ventures. Recurrent is now the parent company to well-known brands such as Popular Science, MEL, The Drive, Domino, Field & Stream, SAVEUR, Outdoor Life, Task & Purpose, and more.

Founded in late 2018 to purchase The Drive, North Equity has since acquired over 15 brands. Recurrent will continue to be backed by the venture equity firm as it scales the digital media portfolio, helping their brands expand and diversify, and fosters editorial talent. 

Recurrent aims to boldly deliver a better future for the media industry, and reimagine and evolve the entire media ecosystem in the process. Tank is proud to partner with them on brand development, including a new visual identity that evokes their mission as an organisation.
