Today, LBB is excited to announce an exclusive new series on the Thought Leaders channel with creative marketing syndicate, Partners in Crime.
LBB’s Thought Leaders channel gives a platform to advertising and marketing professionals to discuss the topics on everyone's lips - from business to culture, we open the floor to all the polarising thoughts and ruminations of our members. Now with support from Partners in Crime and its founder Stephen Goldblatt, LBB is able to amplify the voices, thoughts and ideas in this channel and is inviting further insight on talent and employee experience in a dedicated new series.
The ‘Talent Talk’ series aims to provide opinion and insight on the future of creative teams from the people running the world’s most successful agencies. Hearing from agency leaders, heads of talent, culture and diversity, LBB and Partners in Crime will explore what leaders think we really need to do to retain and attract the best creative minds in the business AND deliver what clients need in one fell swoop.
Stephen Goldblatt comments: "Not surprisingly, department staffing and company structure are two of the most talked about creative topics right now in our industry. In response, there's a mixed bag of quick fixes and potential solutions floating out there. My goal for this series is to find the common threads, and begin weaving them into a sustainable way forward for us all."
Matt Cooper, CEO at LBB comments: “Between global pandemics, a remote working revolution and global movements calling for greater diversity and accessibility in the creative industries, there has never been such a focus on talent in our business as there is right now. We’re super excited to be partnering with Stephen and Partners in Crime so we can push this conversation further with the people who have the power to make big changes for clients and employees in our industry.”
