Platform gives clients the power to view and manage all assets, data and documents
Talent Partners, the leader in talent and production support services for more than 750 agency and advertiser clients representing 1,500 brands, today announced the launch of nABLE.   The announcement was made today during the Advertising Week 2014 conference by Paul Muratore, President and CEO of Talent Partners.

nABLE is a proprietary software platform that gives Talent Partners’ clients the power to view and manage all assets, data and documents related to their commercials and campaigns through one secure, centralized location.  It provides Talent Partners’ agency and advertiser clients with a world of vital information at their fingertips, so they can increase efficiency and make timely decisions relating to talent costs, usage rights and expirations and more for their campaigns.  The launch represents the first step in a $25 million technology evolution designed to enhance client service, one supported by a major investment in Talent Partners by global asset management giant, The Carlyle Group.

“Our nABLE platform is a true game changer for the world of advertising, an outgrowth of our on-going discussions with clients to provide greater speed, reliability and an open source platform to meet their talent and production needs,” begins Paul Muratore. “It’s the latest chapter in our decades-long running mission to ‘take care of the business behind the business of creativity.’”

“From pre-production through to rights expiration, nABLE will give a 360 degree view of commercials and campaigns to facilitate timely planning and decision making for our advertiser and agency partners across the entire production supply chain,” adds Rahul Agaskar, Chief Innovation Officer of Talent Partners.  “It’s business intelligence on-the-go, a new resource that empowers the creative community to connect with our services and resources, anytime and anywhere – from their office desktops to their mobile devices on a shoot.”

nABLE’s simple and intuitive design provides easy access to the multitude of particulars involved in the complex and multi-layered production process.  The platform provides a dashboard for easy and quick access to key information.  It also empowers clients to submit all documents electronically for processing and to store all documents for specific campaigns in a central place.  Agencies can use nABLE to add and manage additional campaign components (music, still images and photographers) and to set expiry alerts (for when important rights agreements are set to expire). Users can also create personalized settings to manage information more effectively, export and share data (via Excel documents) and use keyword search to quickly find what they desire.

In the coming months, Talent Partners will be adding further features to help its clients reach this 360 degree view.  These include: scenario planning for all media and campaigns; real-time data to optimize cable cycles; renegotiation letter notifications (a tracking mechanism for talent management); integration capabilities with 3rd party systems; analytics and reporting functionality; and more.  For full details and to view an introductory video on the capabilities, click here.

Talent Partners’ nABLE will begin its tiered rollout tomorrow when its popular Tabula® service is integrated into the new platform.   Clients can now use any web browser to upload and send documents, including contracts, W4s, session and completion reports and more, directly to Talent Partners for processing.  Users can also search, view, save and print documents uploaded and stored to the system.

The debut of Talent Partners’ client-facing technology innovation in nABLE comes concurrent with another transformation, of its corporate branding and website.  Visitors to www.talentpartners.com will be greeted with fresh, contemporary design and a more information rich site, one reflective of its growing services to clients and increasingly global client base. The fresh look is being extended to a full complement of communications materials representing the expanded services and geographic reach of Talent Partners, and to educate its clients about the many current and forthcoming capabilities of nABLE.   The rebranding and redesign was executed by New York based Charley Inc., under the direction of Pete Aguanno, the Branding and Creative Strategist for Talent Partners.
