The T1 Agency announced a new leadership team today, further bolstering the agency’s integrated brand engagement offerings and providing additional senior support to existing clients. Under the leadership of T1’s founder, president and CEO, Mark Harrison, the appointments see longtime T1 VP, Imran Choudhry, promoted to managing partner; Liz Rose promoted from group account director to VP, client engagement; Catherine Mass promoted from group account director to VP, agency operations and production; and recent hire Amanda Rinaldo promoted to senior mirector, Marketing and PR.
The promotions come as the agency continues to see growth in 2021 with the addition of brand-new clients Maple Leaf Foods and NABS. Focused on creating integrated solutions that serve to connect people and build relationships between consumers and brands that ultimately drive business results, T1’s continued purpose is to support clients such as OLG, Dairy Farmers of Canada, Esso, Allstate, and more, with cohesive events, sponsorship, publicity and digital services.

Mark Harrison – president & CEO
Twenty-seven years ago, Mark created the award-winning integrated brand engagement agency, The T1 Agency. A passionate believer in purpose, be that brand purpose or encouraging people to be purposeful in everything they do, Mark will continue to apply these principles to guide and lead the overall vision and growth of T1. Also a lifelong volunteer and entrepreneur, Mark has inspired and launched several new
initiatives, collectively referred to as The MH3 Group, a group of ventures spanning from advertising and sponsorship marketing to integrated communications and education. In addition to The T1 Agency, the MH3 Group includes Humanity, wonderMakr, Park Street Education, SponsorshipX, and the Black Talent Initiative.
Imran Choudhry – managing partner
In his new role, Imran will lead T1’s new leadership team and foster collaboration, internal and external relationship growth, and oversee the Agency’s continued progression. One of the agency’s longest serving employees at 19 years, Imran has driven success for a long list of clients across various industries including Coca-Cola, Esso, Kruger, Mattel, Hyundai, Nike, OLG and Red Cross, to name a few.
Catherine Mass – VP, agency operations & production
In Catherine’s new role, she will manage the overall infrastructure, operations and production of The T1 Agency and their clients, including staffing solutions, production, warehousing and logistics, process management, and more. Catherine joined T1 in 2017 following a 15-year career in marketing at agencies such as GMR Marketing and Inventa, and has since played a key role in driving the team’s Ontario Lotteries business.
Liz Rose – VP client engagement
Liz will now lead T1’s client services team, overseeing client satisfaction and solutions, and fostering strategic business relationships. In her new role, Liz will also oversee the integrated Brand Engagement team at T1 whose services include sponsorship, virtual and live events, and public relations, social and digital marketing. Liz has spent the last three years at T1 supporting the successful execution of day-to day work for the agency’s key clients including Dairy Farmers of Canada and Esso, as well as building the agency’s network.
Amanda Rinaldo – senior director, marketing and PR
In Amanda’s expanded new role, she will oversee the day-to-day marketing initiatives at T1, drive business development and growth, and lead the Agency’s publicity and digital services. With over 15 years of experience in communications, Amanda joined T1 in November 2020 and has quickly led the expansion of the agency’s PR, digital marketing, and influencer marketing services. Amanda brings her skills as an experienced public relations leader, previously working at Bell Media.
