News UK has appointed Wunderman to handle a social media campaign to support Sun Bingo this Christmas.
Wunderman won the new project without a pitch following its appointment to the News UK roster in March.
The agency’s brief is to develop the first social media activity for the Sun Bingo brand, a Christmas campaign to drive engagement with Sun Bingo during what it is traditionally a quiet period for bingo players.
Sun Bingo’s games are available at its website, www.sunbingo.co.uk, and via a mobile app and a daily tablet app edition.
Mel Edwards, CEO of Wunderman said: “Sun Bingo is a massively popular service but bingo players tend to have a break over the busy Christmas period. The campaign will target players through social media with the familiar Sun Bingo visual identity.”
