Stept Promotes Meredith Rodriguez to Chief Growth Officer

Stept Studios, award-winning creative and production studio is pleased to announce the promotion of Meredith Rodriguez to chief growth officer. In her new role, Meredith will oversee the studios' growth and expansion efforts across commercial, brand content, entertainment, and innovation.

Meredith joined Stept four years ago, as the head of sales, focused on expanding how Stept worked with brands and agencies, organising its teams to best support its services across creative, production and post. In addition, Meredith built an in-house Marketing group that manages Stept’s social and PR presence for its own brands Stept Studios, Lockt Editorial and Vault Rentals, it’s also leveraged by clients to effectively support strategic distribution and awareness of their work with Stept. Recently, she created and led the newly formed Entertainment Division, focused on film and television, leading the financing, and kicking off production for their first feature documentary this month.

As chief growth officer, Meredith will focus on identifying new growth strategies, expanding the breadth of services Stept offers while maintaining a high level of return clients. She will also continue to lead Stept’s sales, marketing and entertainment divisions.
