Alicia joins St John & Partners from The Zimmerman Agency

Full-service independent agency St. John & Partners (SJ&P) has hired Alicia Holmes as senior social strategist, president/COO Jeff McCurry announced. Alicia works with clients and internal teams to develop social strategies that maximise the brand’s full potential to garner a larger share of voice in the social landscape. Her current client list includes Florida Prepaid, Metro Diner, TECO and Hart Dairy.

Alicia brings a unique dynamic to the teams she is on. She possesses a strong understanding of how to build top-line sales and ROI applications and has contributed to the awareness, sales and profits of the brands she has represented. She has experience on both the brand and the agency side. Her accomplishments include innovating ways to increase client’s consumer databases, elevating the level of engagement on social platforms and optimising a broad range of customer engagement tactics - including website, loyalty program, email and other personalised marketing initiatives in the digital and social space - while maintaining a consistent brand message.

Alicia comes to SJ&P from The Zimmerman Agency, where she served as social media strategist for two years. In this role, she created, pitched, executed and reported on social and digital campaigns for clients including Urban Plates, Visit Tallahassee, The Sarasota Modern, Hotel Indigo, Pilot Pen, ASR (Domino, C&H, & Florida Crystals).  Previously, she was marketing director for Maddio’s of Tallahassee for six years.
