Spotlight on Women Creatives: Jen Speirs, Deputy Executive Creative Director, BMF Sydney
Jen Speirs is deputy executive creative director of BMF Sydney.

Jen has created award-winning work for brands like Carefree, Arnott's, Berlei, TAL, Bonds, BWS, UN Women, McDonald's, Full Stop Foundation and the Workplace Gender Equality Agency. 

She has been on several award juries, both national and international - and has been invited to speak at events including the Australian 3% Conference. 

Throughout her career has had work awarded at shows including NY Festivals, ADMA, AWARD, Cannes, Effies, Media Federation, John Caples and Spikes.

As a Creative Director, Jen has had the privilege of working with some amazing people and has pitched for, won and run some much-loved brands.
