Speedshape Acquires Richard Perry As Interactive Group Director
Digital and CG studio Speedshape welcomes new Interactive Group Director, Richard Perry. Based out of the studio’s recent relocation and headquarters in Bingham Farms, MI, Perry will lead the expansion of the company’s established interactive offerings into the New York and California markets. Perry will also provide interactive strategies and develop the interactive teams in the California, Michigan, and New York locations.
Perry extends Speedshape’s digital authority with his progressive creative-technology background in providing internal leadership on current and emerging technological trends as well as strategically aligning creative concepts and interactive experiences with marketing strategies and brand direction.

Most recently with MRM Worldwide, Perry strategized innovative creative concepts for the GM family.
Perry previously served as an ACD at advertising agency Team Detroit where he worked on well-known national brands including Ford, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Compuware, and Bosch.
During his time on the Ford account, Perry was responsible for co-creating the Next Generation fordvehicles.com website and the groundbreaking social site thefordstory.com - both considered leading technological examples within the industry.
Perry headed up digital technology for Pulse, a diversified division of Team Detroit responsible for all non-Ford accounts. Assuming a more traditional role as Creative Director, Perry commanded digital for the agency’s successful Sports Authority pitch as well.
