Socialyse (Havas’ social media arm) will take on and manage four brands under Pernod Ricard’s wings: Absolut, Chivas Regal, G.H. Mumm, and The Glenlivet. Two other agencies were involved in the pitch process, but Socialyse eventually won the client over with its perceptive vision of bespoke social media strategies for each of the four brands.
Caroline Tran, senior brand manager of Pernod Ricard Singapore, said: “Socialyse’s presentation and ideas were really interesting, and it was insightful to have the team’s views on social media strategy, and on how each brand plan can be improved. Under Havas, Socialyse has been consistently expanding its portfolio, steadily winning and retaining accounts such as Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore (2014 & 2015), ASEAN Para Games 2015, and Cycle Asia Singapore & Kuala Lumpur.
