SNAP London Wins P&O Cruises Creative Account

SNAP won the account after a competitive pitch process

SNAP London Wins P&O Cruises Creative Account

SNAP London has been appointed by P&O Cruises as its lead creative agency following a competitive pitch process.

Five agencies took part in the pitch including the incumbent agency, which previously held the account for five years.

SNAP London will be exploring new strategic and creative territories for the brand heading into 2021 and beyond, to deliver against the brand’s ambitious challenges for growth.

P&O Cruises is Britain’s number one choice for cruising. SNAP London will be tasked with helping the brand become Britain’s number one holiday company, attracting an extended target audience which may not have previously considered cruising.

Alex Delamere-White, vice president of sales and marketing at P&O Cruises, said: “We are delighted to welcome Snap onboard as we embark on a period of unprecedented growth for our brand. The launch of our new ship Iona in May and a similar ship in 2022 will see us bring holidays at sea to a whole new generation of guests who have a diverse range of tastes and holiday motivations. It’s an exciting era; we are looking forward to Snap helping us with this challenge and shaping our future creative strategy.”

Louisa Fielding, managing partner at SNAP, added: “P&O Cruises is an iconic brand. The next phase of their journey is the sort of challenge any agency would bite your arm off for. Taking on the wider holiday market and challenging the preconceptions of an audience who haven’t yet considered cruising? Yes please. We’re delighted to be the agency chosen to help do that. We can’t wait to get cracking”.
