Post-production and VFX house, Smoke & Mirrors, has announced the reopening of its Bangkok-based facility, expanding its global and APAC presence once more.
Relaunching as a wholly owned member of the global Smoke & Mirrors family, the Bangkok studio marks the result of significant growth for the company under the (Williams Lea Tag) WLT umbrella, succeeding previous openings in Amsterdam and Mexico in recent years.
Offering end-to-end services with shoot supervision, editing, VFX, motion graphics, CGI and grading all under one roof, the three-story Bangkok studio will support its international family in servicing advertising agencies, production houses and major brands from across the globe.
Commenting on the reopening, Smoke & Mirrors Bangkok’s managing director, Matthew Szabo, said: "This is an extremely exciting time for the Smoke & Mirrors business. The new studio will be plugged directly into the Smoke & Mirrors global network, giving us access to an unparalleled pool of creative talent and we’re thrilled to be in a position to invest more in the region. Being a fully integrated part of the Williams Lea Tag service offering strengthens our relationships with global brands and our potential for future growth, as well as ensuring we can make investments in the right production equipment and talent to build a world-class facility in APAC.”
Located on Sukhumvit 64 and just steps from the Skytrain station, the Smoke & Mirrors studio is convenient for city clients and boasts three dedicated suites, a bar and an outdoor terrace.
