Sizzer Amsterdam records Audi A3 soundtrack

Sizzer Amsterdam has supervised the music for Audi A3’s most recent campaign,  ‘I Love’. 

 

Featuring ‘Careless Love’, a song by American soul and jazz singer, Miss Sophie Lee the commercial also features the performer as herself. Sizzer’s creative Director, Michiel Marsman, recorded ‘Careless Love’ in the famous New Orleans-based Piety Street Studio. Renowned for its ‘warm vintage’ sound, the studio has recorded albums for the likes of Stevie Wonder, Ryan Adams, and The Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs. “This new version is a real, authentic jazz recording,” said an excited Marsman.

 

 

Director, Roel van Tour was commissioned to create a ‘making of’ video for ‘I Love’ where he captured the ‘behind the scenes’ process of the music track’s creation. Mark Bingham, owner of Piety Street Studio, also features within the film, as does Sizzer’s Michiel Marsman. 

After global projects that include Audi A4 Pacesetter, Audi S-models and the Audi Brand Film, this is the fifth Audi spot this year that features music produced by Sizzer Amsterdam.
