In Nissan’s most recent TV spot for the Sentra, our hero – YouTube performer – TJ Smith – brought an entire city together in an epic sing-along to “Mony Mony” through the car’s NissanConnect Technology and Bose Premium Audio system.
This is Nissan’s first collaboration with a YouTube performer and influencer, and results have been overwhelmingly positive. In the future, Nissan is interested in collaborating with other YouTube personalities like TJ, as they look to create more exciting content to engage customers on its YouTube channel.
In a new video, TBWA\Chiat\Day LA enlisted TJ as a Lyft driver for a day, picking up unsuspecting passengers and “song-bombing” them mid ride, transforming their everyday trip into a joyful voyage.
