Simon Thomas has joined Goodoil as executive
producer and will launch its Melbourne office.
He has had an illustrious career across
the last 15 years in various agencies, including DDB, Grey, GPY&R
and AJF Partnership, where he started their production department. Most
recently, Thomas was head of onscreen at DDB Melbourne and leaves a
six-year legacy with the agency.
Says Thomas: "I'm honoured and
extremely excited to be able to work with such a talented group of
directors and the whole team at Goodoil. They're a company that truly
puts creativity first. Along with Matt, Sam and Juliet, I look forward
to bringing our offering to the market and using my agency experience to
broaden our connections and capabilities in Melbourne."
Goodoil
has worked across Australia and New Zealand for over 15 years with
strong ties to Melbourne agencies. Some of its most recognisable and
recent work includes its collaboration on the Honda campaigns with Leo
Burnett Melbourne.
