Sid Lee Welcomes Genna Alexopoulos as Director of Public Relations, Client Services

Creative agency Sid Lee is introducing its Public Relations service offering in Toronto with the addition of Genna Alexopoulos as director, public relations, client services. Working alongside Yanik Deschenes, managing director, Public Relations, Client Services, Genna will lead Sid Lee’s growing public relations team and build out its unique service offering.

With a career that began in Melbourne, Australia, Genna brings over a decade of experience in PR and a strong background in entertainment and the music industry. In 2013, Genna founded the PR agency Super Duper, where she led a tight-knit team across Melbourne and Sydney for five years before making her move to Toronto, Canada.

“Over the past ten years I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of clients, from Sydney Opera House and Live Nation to Sports not-for-profits and fiercely independent DIY musicians. As I embark on this new journey with Sid Lee, I look forward to applying my experience from across the spectrum to find strategic ways of building and fostering inclusive communities through creative projects,” said Genna Alexopoulos, director, public relations, client services.

Since its official launch in July 2019, Sid Lee’s public relations service has executed campaigns for clients such as National Bank, Ivanhoe Cambridge and Spotify. Current clients include Ryerson University’s tech incubator The DMZ, Moose Knuckles, PowerHub and Hyundai.
