Shrey Khetarpal Joins VaynerMedia APAC as Head of Client Service

VaynerMedia APAC has appointed Shrey Khetarpal as head of client service. In this role, Khetarpal will lead client services across the APAC region, partnering with leaders to drive new business growth and team development. He will report to Avery Akkineni, head of VaynerMedia APAC. Khetarpal was most recently the head of PR at Netflix Singapore and the Philippines, and previously spent over a decade at WPP’s BCW Global.

Over the last two years, we have built a strong foundation here with a diverse team of digital natives that has led to impactful and creative client work,” said Akkineni. “We are thrilled to have Shrey on board, who brings vast storytelling and integrated communications experience. His passion for brands, creativity, inclusion and diversity is a great addition to our team.” 

Khetarpal brings over 18-years of experience across varied sectors including media and entertainment, consumer technology, fashion and lifestyle, retail, travel, hospitality, sports and consumer goods. Prior to Netflix, he has worked on an impressive client portfolio including Ford Motor Company, PepsiCo, Yum! Restaurants (KFC, Pizza Hut), National Geographic Channel, FOX, adidas, GSKCH, among others.

Khetarpal is the latest addition to the VaynerMedia APAC leadership team following recent hires Tim Lindley as head of strategy and Jonathan Gerard as head of production. 

He assumes his role with immediate effect.
